TNT meets on Tuesday nights for track workouts. The workouts are easy to follow, with a 10-16 minute warm up, form drills, main set, and 10-16 minute cool-down. We have various pace groups, active and resting recovery groups, all abilities are welcome. The main set follows a monthly cycle, the first three Tuesdays we meet at Norris Middle School and the fourth Tuesday we meet at Elmwood Park. The cycle is as follows:

  • 1st Tuesday of the month workout (Norris)
    • 12 * 400m repeats
  • 2nd Tuesday of the month workout (Norris)
    • 6 * 800 repeats
  • 3rd Tuesday of the month workout (Norris)
    • 4 * 1200 intervals
  • 4th Tuesday of the month workout (Elmwood)
    • 3 * 1 mile

1. To bring plenty of water and sunscreen.
2. To give yourself plenty of time to make your way to the track. 
3. There may be NO RESTROOM ACCESS, so be prepared for that. The has been a porta john there in the past.
