TNT Omaha Triathlon Bike Course Training Ride, July 3rd @7am

We are planning to leave promptly at 7am. Please plan to be there ahead of time to prepare your bike if driving to the lake.

Don't leave anything in your car of value, Lake Cunningham has had problems with theft in the past.

This is a self supported ride for TNT members. Please bring enough hydration and nutrition.

Due to the possibility of a large group, we need to be very courteous to possible drivers on the road so that we are as safe as possible. Ride single file, stay out of aero bars when behind another rider, announce cars coming from behind to others ahead of you, and so on.

The Omaha Tri Course is rolling hills with very few flats. Please take that into account when riding.

Most of all HAVE SOME FUN! Meet current TNT members and consider coming to our 2nd OWS next week!

Have a safe and happy 4th!
