TNT offers indoor bike training options during the winter. More information about these sessions is available on our Facebook Page.

Each indoor session will consist of a warm-up/cool-down, technique drills to develop neuromuscular patterning, and a focused main set to improve your speed endurance. The sessions will be progressive, building on one another week by week, each lasting 70 to 100 minutes in duration. There will be an optional easy group run at 6 PM.

What you will need:
-Tri or road bike
-A trainer and trainer block
-Trainer skewer and tire
-Yoga mat and towel
-Water bottles and hydration

The indoor spin program is FREE for current Team Nebraska Triathlon members. 

Thursday night Group Ride (Omaha Area - Greenstreet, Map Link)

Rides begin at Greenstreet Cycle (24th and Harney) at 6:30pm. Please arrive early. We will begin promptly at 6:30! 


Tuesday night "Average Joe's Time Trial" (Lincoln Area - Wheelie Good Bikes, Map Link)

This is a time trial event. Each week the ride will increase in length. This is a race yourself style event where riders will provide their hopeful estimated average mph and do their best to stick to it. Riders are set off based upon their estimated time with all riders finishing at approxiately the same time.
